The Porsche Museum has finished restoring its oldest 911 or the 901

From a time when the 911 was called the 901, this classic is now brand new

The Porsche Museum has a brand-new 911 to show off. It’s also the oldest 911 in its collection. And, it’s not even a 911, actually. Confused yet? Allow us to explain.
Back in 2014, a German TV crew filming a documentary about barn finds stumbled across two dilapidated Porsches you-know-where. One of them was the shape of a 911, and carried the chassis number 300507. This got some people back in Stuttgart very excited. The 57th 911 ever made had been rediscovered.

2019 Porsche Cayenne Test Drives Day 1 and 2

It's nice to be part of the testing crew....

The base Cayenne comes with a single-turbo 340-hp 3.0-liter V-6 (zero to 60 mph in a claimed 5.8 seconds, top speed of 152 mph), while the Cayenne S is powered by a twin-turbo 2.9-liter V-6 with 440 horsepower (4.9 seconds, 164 mph). Those are the only two variants Porsche is talking about right now, but well before the new Cayenne hits U.S. turf, Porsche will have unveiled the Cayenne Turbo with a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V-8 rated at 550 horsepower. Every third-gen Cayenne is fitted with an eight-speed torque-converter automatic transmission.

A new Lexus LS f 500 made its debut, complete with a new 415-hp twin-turbo V6. Lexus might have something a bit hotter in store for its big sedan, though. 0-60 time to be close to 3.5 seconds. This will be a sweet car.
